My twenty years of CFO experience (including HR, Legal, IT and Facilities) ranges from venture-backed to PE-backed to publicly listed; from pre-revenue to $500 million in annual revenue; from managing teams as small as five to as large as 200 located in fifteen countries; in industries ranging from telecom services to SaaS and traditional software/services to clean tech to biotech. I have raised equity and debt for companies at every stage of development and have had two successful strategic exits ranging from $200 million (publicly listed) to $1.2 billion (PE-backed). Prior to my corporate career, I was an investment banker for ten years with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley based at various times in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore covering and executing IPOs, capital raising, asset-based financing, and strategic transactions for telecom, media and technology companies in the US, Asia and South America.

Nick has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in the marketing and technology space, serving private, PE-backed, and public organizations. He founded and developed the SpeechIQ product which was subsequently acquired by LiveVox in 2019.

Dusty Whitesell are a SVP and Chief Evangelist at LiveVox and are based in Greater Phoenix Area. They have worked as Chief Operating Officer at Sentry Credit Inc, Director of Operations at Osi, and VP of Operations at Asset Management Outsourcing Inc. Dusty attended Woodruff between 1976 and 1980, Arizona State University W. P. Carey School of Business between 1986 and 1987, and Illinois State University between 1980 and 1981.
