Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience in performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean methodologies
- Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations
- Work flexible hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays
- 7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production, distribution, or logistics environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situation

Job Description/Responsibilities

Develop and implement WMS functional improvements and SOPs. Track and execute corrective action on shipping errors.

Education:

What You'll Do
Plan and track shipments of goods to RPCS receiving locations according to requirements
Maintain accurate, real time information in our NetSuites platform regarding customer delivery schedules based on supplier delivery commitments.
Immediately advise Manager of any delays in receipts and advise of any possible corrective and mitigating actions.
Immediately adjust receiving information for inbounds arriving with errors for inaccurate counts, inaccurate part numbers, over shipments and short ships. Request and receive RMAS from suppliers as needed.
Create inbounds, as needed, for inbounds which arrive with no notification or manifests. Drive corrective actions with suppliers.
Reconcile Supplier invoices with Net Suite receipts as needed.
Using trucking company data bases daily to look for trucks which are inbound without schedules. Check for BOL errors or changes for in transit trucks.

Master the Net Suites transactions, Searches and Reports needed to complete job assignments.
Prepare accurate weekly reports for PM teams to ensure full view of Sites shipment status.

Support the PM's with shipments needed to address customer field needs.

The Shared Tool Logistics Coordinator, based at our Jeffersonville, IN facility, plays a crucial role managing our Field Service shared tool inventory through receiving, storing, calibrating, and shipping of all our field service equipment inventory. The primary role of the Shared Tool Logistics Coordinator is to own the entire end to end process ensuring all tools designated as Field Service Equipment inventory are always within the correct specifications and meet all calibration requirements and timelines. This will involve working with our 3rd party calibration vendors, acting as our central point of contact, coordinating, and performing the shipping, receiving, and further validation checks for all outsourced calibrations. In addition, the Shared Tool Logistics Coordinator will be asked to assist in resolving customer/field tool disputes, warranty validations through visual checks, and may be asked to perform other material handling duties where needed.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Quality/Safety
Performs and logs daily safety checks
Performs quality checks on repaired/calibrated test equipment
Assists in system testing validation
Follows and adheres to all Probo Medical and OSHA safety policies and regulations
Inventory Management
Responsible for inventory management of all designated field calibrated equipment. Provides recommendations for inventory stocking levels
Responsible for accurate and timely shipping and receiving calibrated equipment
Responsible for ensuring equipment is repaired, calibrated, and tested within expiration dates
Point of contact for 3rd party calibration vendors, ensuring our vendors repair/calibrate/test and return all equipment in order to meet our field demand
Performs physical inventory cycle count of test equipment periodically and on demand
Properly packages tools for shipping and ensure proper labeling
100% ESD compliance when handling circuitry exposed parts
Assist in shipping/receiving areas, when needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
High School Diploma
2-3 years in a warehouse/inventory management environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Experience with Saleeforce a plus
Proven history of calibrating equipment a plus
Experience with medical equipment/calibrated equipment a plus
Experience in ISO certification(s) a plus
ESD training a plus
