What You Will Do All Lowe's associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Scheduling and Staffing Administrator, this means: • Being friendly, professional, and supporting internal customers (store leadership, HR, and Lowe's associates) and external customers. • Monitoring driver and associate scheduling to ensure merchandise can be delivered on time and stocked efficiently. • Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same. Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales for Lowe's largest regional pro customers at a faster rate than the general populace of Lowe's pro customers. Complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks such as audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, while reporting safety or theft concerns promptly. Achieve daily job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills. May be assigned other duties to support the needs of the business. Required Qualifications 6 Months of Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information 6 Months of Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).
