Support the implementation of NERC Compliance Programs at Everline and external customers to ensure full compliance with all applicable NERC Reliability Standards. Ensure that all contract deliverables and customer needs are met or exceeded. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Perform compliance assessments, development, and improvements of Compliance Programs. Apply process improvement and risk management framework knowledge to support client compliance programs. Develop and communicate solutions and new strategies to clients through reports and presentations. Desired but not Required: MBA or master's degree in engineering, cybersecurity, risk management, or related discipline Demonstrated abilities and success with managing addressing client needs in the following areas: blend of technology solution development, functional architecture, and program management.
