Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Project Management Level to work as a Project Analyst based in Salt Lake City, UT.
Duties include handling of Problem Reports (PRs) and Engineering Changes (ECs) in close coordination with the applicable Engineering Program Managers to ensure technical issues affecting various product lines are handled in an effective and timely manner. This position is fully on-site.

Assign actions to Engineering organizations in both Woodland Hills, CA and Salt Lake City, UT
Authorize budget and provide work orders to resolve technical problems
Process and coordinate the release of new Prime Hardware (Product) drawings packages (including Prime Software) as well as subsequent changes to these documents
Process and coordinate the initial release of new factory test equipment (hardware & software), tooling and test procedures and ongoing changes to these documents
Work daily with complex engineering documentation management systems such as Mission Product Lifecycle Management (MPLM)
Gain an understanding of the business and customer priorities and expedites processing & coordination where needed
Ensure compliance to applicable Northrop Grumman Principles and Operating Practices (PrOP)
The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic Qualifications for the Principal Project Management Analyst:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; OR 3 or more years of relevant work experience with a Master's; OR 7 years relevant work experience with an Associate's, OR 9 years of continuous relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
Experience with engineering drawings and parts lists including the industry standards for formats, nomenclature, and conventions.
Experience creating, maintaining, and manipulating information within Microsoft Office Suite Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Experience facilitating customers, stakeholder engagements, and meetings.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship Required.
Preferred Qualifications for the Principal Project Management Analyst:
Experience with Mission Product Lifecycle Management (MPLM) or other Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
Experience with Configuration Management principles.

At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary in the Denver area between $114,000 and $129,000. Salary Transparency Statement
At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary in the Denver area between $114,000 and $129,000. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, including experience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and skill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.

Management consultant job in Salt Lake City, UT
DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators) is a non-profit organization that administers benefits for companies who are owned or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are seeking a Product and Project Analyst in our Missionary Medical Department to help our business leverage technology effectively. In this role, you will research bugs, identify training and development issues, propose solutions, and collaborate with the Product and Projects Team to address organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Product Support Specialist on escalated issues, deciphering bugs, enhancements, and/or training needs.
* Report and follow up on system bugs, data issues, and process concerns related to Missionary Medical products.
* Support the product development cycle by gathering requirements and collaborating with both internal and external users to understand business needs.
* Respond to daily questions about system functionality and help identify gaps in documentation, training, and business processes.
* Analyze data from various systems to troubleshoot problems and influence process and development decisions.
* Assist with occasional tasks such as pulling data for committee decisions, writing development stories, providing end-user support, creating documentation and training, and contributing to product/project management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or technology.
* At least 4 years of experience working in a business environment, preferably technology or healthcare.
* Technological proficiency, attention to detail, strong communication and decision-making skills.
* Familiarity with missionary culture and organizational structures; experience with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' missionary programs.
Success Factors:
* Effectively prioritize user wants versus needs, synthesizing feedback from multiple sources to determine the best course of action.
* Participate in complex conversations, understand diverse stakeholder needs, and recommend next steps using strong problem-solving skills.
* Communicate clearly and patiently to enhance teamwork and cohesiveness across product teams, employees, and in-field users.
* Interact broadly across customer levels, while recognizing that final decisions on development priorities and scope rest with product leadership.
Work Environment & Special Conditions:
* Standard office environment with a mix of remote and in-office work; occasional weekend or evening hours will be required.
