+ Obtain samples for laboratory analysis to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Prepare samples for testing and analysis procedures.
+ Conduct routine laboratory analyses accurately and efficiently.
+ Update and maintain computer database with sample analysis data.

We are seeking an experienced fitter/fabricator skilled in MIG and TIG welding. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret blueprints and fit together complex parts, particularly large structural components up to 30 feet long. Comfort with tight spaces and the ability to move around easily is essential.
**Responsibilities**
+ Interpret and work from blueprints to fit together complex parts.
+ Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel.
+ Utilize overhead cranes, HI Lo's, grinders, and straightening press.
+ Work in a prototype, aerospace, or defense industry environment.
+ Handle structural weldments such as beams, tubes, and plates.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of experience in fitting structural weldments.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Expertise in MIG and TIG welding, including machine setup.
+ Ability to pass a MIG and TIG weld test as a Structural Welder.
+ Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with overhead cranes, HI Lo's, and grinders.
+ Experience in the prototype, aerospace, or defense industry.
+ AWS certifications (D1.1, D1.2, D1.6).
