* Researches claims tracers, adjustments, and resubmissions of claims.

* Manages defect reduction by identifying and communicating claims error issues and potential solutions to leadership.

Required Qualifications

Serves as the central point of contact for revenue cycle operations in the PHY Division for our Parallon business partners. Directs and coordinates revenue cycle activities, including insurance verification/preauthorization, self-pay policies and processes-front end and back end, physician query processes, denial analysis, coding analysis, insurance company reimbursement analysis.
The objective of this position is to streamline operations and improve revenue cycle metrics through detailed analysis and process improvement, working together with Provider Enrollment, Coding Education, Payor Contracting and Analytics, Transition Management, Accounts Receivable Management, as well as with the Parallon and Division, Market and Practice leadership. This position focuses on providing a centralized resource to improve our revenue growth, cash payments, and optimization, and guide practice operators towards higher levels of performance.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
+ Oversee the revenue cycle efforts in the practices within the division, partnering with Parallon and other HCA PSG departments.

* Assures that activities and processes are compliant with CMS, National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines, and Molina policies and procedures.
* Participates in the daily workload of the department, performing Representative duties as needed.
* Facilitates interviews with pharmacy service representative job applicants, and provides hiring recommendations to leadership.
* Provides coaching for pharmacy representatives, and helps identify and provide for training needs in collaboration with pharmacy leadership.
* Communicates effectively with practitioners and pharmacists.
* Collaborates with and keeps pharmacy leadership apprised of operational issues, including staffing resources, program and system needs.
* Assists with development of and maintenance of pharmacy policies and procedures
* Participates in the development of programs designed to enhance preferential or required targeted drugs or supplies.
Required Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in health care, preferably within a health-related call center environment, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
* Knowledge of prescription drug products, dosage forms and usage.
* Experience designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating metrics that measure call center agent productivity.
* Working knowledge of medical/pharmacy terminology
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Microsoft Office suite, and applicable software program(s) proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
* Supervisory/leadership experience.
* Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and/or state pharmacy technician license (state specific if state required). If licensed, license must be active and unrestricted in state of practice.
* Call center experience.
* Managed care experience.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**

In this role, you will:
As an X-Ray Technician you will perform timely and quality radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by the attending physician.
Perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic equipment.
Perform drug screens, urinalysis and other in-house lab tests including processing specimens for reference laboratories.
Maintain records and logs on activities including in-house lab work, drug screens, and x-rays sent out to other labs.
Works closely with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator and all clinic staff to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Ensure occupational client's preference card is followed and occupational procedures are adhered to.
Is cross trained for front desk duties to include greeting patients, checking patients in/out on computer, End of Day close out procedures, patient interactions, lobby checks and records release.
You may be required to work alternate shifts and may be required to float to other clinic locations. Works with all clinic staff to ensure efforts are coordinated and that patients receive high quality care and services.
