Mr. Efird most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development Officer of the Company. He joined the Company in 2005, and during his tenure oversaw clinical operations, revenue cycle management, sales, business development and the rollout of a new marketing strategy, which includes the integration of Athas technologies and the expansion of Nobilis’ portfolio of brands. He has been instrumental in the improvement of operational execution across all Nobilis facilities. Mr. Efird has also played a significant role in the integration of acquisitions and will continue to do so as President. Prior to joining Nobilis, Mr. Efird served as Chief Executive Officer and founder of Diagnostic and Interventional Spine Centers of Texas, a multidisciplinary practice that created a network of allopathic spine teams.

Tricia Lynch, BSN RN CBN is a Chief Nursing Officer - First Surgical Hospital at NOBILIS HEALTH CORP. and is based in Houston, Texas. She has worked as Director of Clinical Operations - First Surgical Hospital at NOBILIS HEALTH CORP., Director of Bariatrics/House Supervisor/Med-Surg Unit - First Surgical Hospital at NOBILIS HEALTH CORP., and Med-Surg/Orthopedic Charge Nurse at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. Tricia attended Chamberlain College of Nursing until 2015, Lee until 2005, and Chamberlain College of Nursing until 2019.

Patrick joined Nobilis Health in April 2014 to lead the Sales and Business Development Teams. He has 15 years of healthcare sales and business development experience. Prior to joining Nobilis Health, he held successful sales leadership positions with major healthcare companies, such as Intuitive Surgical, Medtronic, and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Throughout his career, Patrick has excelled at selling disruptive healthcare concepts to physicians and healthcare facilities. As Executive Vice President of Sales, Mr. Yoder leads all Nobilis Health’s physician recruitment and retention strategies. Patrick earned his B.A. from Rhodes College, where he was a four year starter and captain of the Rhodes basketball team.
