Close to home a paycheck

Everything, they will not hire my colleagues from another hospital organization that have more experience than most people in our department, it’s bad. But they will hire their friends with barely no experience so bad do not work here.

If northbay fired all dept heads & Human Resources personnel & started over.. we need new eyes & new leadership at northbay.

Being on time

Northbay pay it’s employees very low wages compared to other healthcare organizations in the USA. Plus other hospital organizations are not union, you get yearly wage increase etc. but not here at northbay it sucks!

Good

Most joy at work is the patients I help.

Always a positive environment and everyone is so welcoming and friendly, I would never want another career home.

Be yourself and be honest. They do not want fake people working here, they hire you based on who you are, not what fancy words you can throw at them.

I believe this is one of the most diverse workforces I have ever been a part of. It is amazing.

Meeting all the patients and my coworkers really do work as a team and communicate well with everyone.
