NuVision Engineering CEO and leadership

Martin Williams leads the engineering and operations teams for NuVision Engineering. He is responsible for safe project delivery to meet customer expectations and supporting the company President in implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and strategies. Martin joined NuVision in 1998 after a 10 year career in nuclear facility engineering and project management with AEA Technology in the UK, engaged in projects and business development initiatives across the UK nuclear estate and for customers in the USA, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Far East. Martin is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the nuclear industry, including technology development, design, construction and operation of nuclear plant facilities and infrastructure, nuclear decommissioning, and waste management operations.

Manu Badlani joined the Company in 1979 and has more than 35 years of experience in engineering, design, analysis, and management. He holds the patent for MSIP® (Mechanical Stress Improvement Process), one of the most effective techniques for preventing stress corrosion cracking in nuclear power plant piping weldments, which he has engineered and implemented in BWR and PWR plants worldwide. Dr. Badlani has a BME from MS University (India) and MSME, PhD (Mechanical Engineering), and MBA from the University of Minnesota. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. Dr. Badlani has over 50 publications and jointly holds five patents.
