Production Supervisor Job Duties and Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate work of hourly employees on shift so that production schedules are met.

Ensure that all warehousing, shipping, and production line reports are complete/correct.
Complete and approves employees' time records.

Maintain proper relationship between management and employee, ensuring that all personnel policies, procedures, and interaction management techniques are followed.
Formally review employee's development and performance in annual reviews.
Effectively handles personnel matters and corrective action of employees in consistent, tactful, and fair manner, following guidelines established by the employee handbook.
Identify training needs. Then, coordinates and assists in the training and development of employees. Cross-trains employees within levels so as to provide needed depth to “level” concept.
Follow progression and accurate reporting of employee status, raises, performance, and qualification.
Counsel and instruct subordinates on their assigned responsibilities and assures that their actions are in accordance with existing procedures and policies. Holds meetings with subordinates regularly to review problems, train, and cover policy, procedure, and process or operation changes.
Encourage safe work behavior through example and direction.
Maintain a record of no lost time accidents and minimal recordable incidents.
Identify and communicates to appropriate personnel concerns regarding safety policies or unsafe working conditions. Takes immediate action, if necessary, to prevent unsafe work condition (s) from resulting to injury.
Ensure overall operation performs in safe manner.
Ensure proper use of chemical recycling program.
Maintain good housekeeping by eliminating daily product loss, trash off floor, and all materials properly stacked and put away.
Identify adjustments to manpower, equipment, or process, which may prove effective.
Ensure proper storage and warehousing of product.
Other related duties as assigned by Plant Manager.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager of External Manufacturing to join the Horizon Organic Dairy LLC team, the chosen individual will oversee all operations with our external manufacturing partners across the West (4 fluid milk co-manufacturing facilities) and adjacencies (4 co-manufacturing facilities: a whole milk powdering facility, butter production, and two cheese production facilities). This role is responsible for ensuring that our external manufacturers deliver with excellence across SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery). In addition, the chosen candidate will own the full network optimization strategy for their territory and champion all new external manufacturer qualifications including ownership of timely execution of our network optimization strategy which has us existing a sizable existing co-manufacturer (4 facilities, 1 of which is included in this scope).
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Accountable for all manufacturing qualifications, ensuring the timely exit of HOD from an existing co-manufacturing partner.
Champion cross-functional project teams (Procurement, PMO, Quality, R&D, Finance, Brand) assigned to each initiative ensuring excellence in execution and timely delivery of desired outcomes executing our network optimization strategy.
Own operational management of all our external manufacturing partners across the West for fluid and for all adjacencies co-manufacturing.

At CoBank, the Supervisor Loan Operations leads a team responsible for the servicing and administration of complex syndicated, bilateral, and wholesale loans where CoBank may be the Administrative Agent, a syndicate lender, or a direct lender. The Supervisor is the escalation point for borrowers, syndicate lenders, Farm Credit System partners, and internal CoBank departments. About the Role

**The Operations Supervisor for the Lakewood Navigation Center is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Center's daily operations. This role works closely with the Program Supervisor to ensure that policies and procedures are implemented in a safe, respectful, and trauma-informed way. The Lakewood Navigation Center serves 103 unaccompanied individuals in a congregate shelter setting, providing embedded support services tailored to client needs. Key responsibilities include
Program Oversight: Ensure appropriate staffing structures are in place for Housing Case management, review best practices with staff, oversee staff training, and maintain the safety of both personnel and the facility.
Program Development: Create and refine systems in response to evolving program outcomes and establish policies and procedures that support effective and equitable service delivery. Develop and maintain robust wrap around services on site to transform lives and permanently move people out of homelessness.
Grant Management: Oversee grant-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to funding entities.
Community Engagement: Represent VOA Colorado programming within the community, identify emerging needs, and lead initiatives that promote collaborative community practices.
Additionally, this position participates in the on-call rotation for shelter management
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Supervisor ensures the smooth and safe operation of the Lakewood Navigation Center, supporting trauma-informed, respectful service delivery in collaboration with the Program Supervisor. Key responsibilities include:
· Operational Oversight: Manage 24-hour facility operations by scheduling and supervising direct, contract, and support staff. Ensure the facility is clean, orderly, and consistently “tour ready.”
· Staff Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation of staff and volunteers. Coordinate relief staff hiring and training with shelter project Supervisors. Support inclusive team meetings and ongoing professional development.
· Safety & Crisis Response: Oversee safety protocols for guests and staff. Ensure crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices are in place.
· Resource Coordination: Ensure guests have access to meals via VOA Kitchen. Order necessary supplies (office, food, cleaning) and maintain inventory.
· Compliance & Documentation: Monitor staff for accountability for program components and ensure accurate documentation across required databases. Support policy development, implementation, and compliance.
· Community & Administrative Engagement: Represent VOA in community settings, assist with budgeting, monitor expenses, and support grant reporting and proposal development.
· Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the Program Supervisor to delegate tasks, maintain service quality, and ensure staff have access to referral resources.
· Professional Standards: Attend training, meetings, and workshops. Uphold the Social Work Code of Ethics and maintain consistent attendance.
· Additional Duties: Participate in on-call rotation, cover duties of the Program Supervisor when absent, and perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
· Direct supervision of all guest service coordinators, kitchen coordinators, and relief staff at the Lakewood Navigation Center.
· This position may provide field supervision for college level interns.
Anticipated Outcomes
· Ensure the occupancy rate at shelters remains at 90% or higher.
· Ensures that 30% of all households who exit, do so into a stable or permanent housing solution, and that 50% of these households engage in rehousing services.
· Facilities always remain “tour ready” including all safety concerns addressed within 48 hours.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
· Must be able to drive between programs and community meetings.
· May be required to cover shifts at residential programs.
· Ability to quickly and safely go up and down stairs regularly throughout the shift to complete perimeter checks, and quick/effective responses in cases of an emergency.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. a few times per day.
· The employee may be exposed to severe weather conditions and other health related conditions consistent with shelters
· Must be able to auditorily and visually supervise the milieu.
· The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full-time
40 hours a week working Wednesday through Sunday, participation on the Supervisor “after hours” On-call rotation and coverage of various shifts as dictated by staffing needs.

Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor of Arts degree in human services, or a closely related field or related experience.
· Two years of direct experience (paid or volunteer) working with people experiencing homelessness and behavioral health needs.
· Two years of direct experience in program design, implementation, monitoring, budgets, and reporting skills.
· Two years of supervisory experience.
· Knowledge of community-based resources for people experiencing homelessness.
· Complete program credentialing process, including criminal and civil background checks within 30 days of hire.
· Willing to obtain first aid, automated external defibrillators, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
· Master of Arts Degree in related field.
· Five years' experience in developing and evaluating programs, managing a budget, coaching staff, developing effective teams, setting, and achieving strategic objectives.
· Bilingual English and Spanish.
