    The Director of Operational Engineering at Signature Aviation is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's FBO operational systems. This role will be responsible for delivering next-generation systems to digitize and enhance the day-to-day experience for our team members and customers across Operations Management Systems (OMS), messaging platforms, reservations, point-of-sale (POS), and payment solutions. Additionally, this role is responsible for defining the long-term vision and technology roadmap for our FBO operational systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in engineering, platform architecture, DevOps/SRE practices, and experience delivering team-member- and customer-focused products at scale.
