This position ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing across diverse business operations, including Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and federal government contracts compliance. The Payroll Manager leads the payroll team in maintaining system integrity, developing efficient processes, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
