Since co-founding Phreesia, the nation's leading patient intake management platform, Chaim Indig has helped revolutionize the patient intake experience. Under his leadership, Phreesia has established a broad national footprint, developed strategic partnerships with some of the world’s largest healthcare companies, and earned accolades for its role in making healthcare more efficient and patient-centered. In 2019, Phreesia was named the 2019 Category Leader for Patient Intake Management by the research and insights firm KLAS.

Prior to founding Phreesia, he held key roles at Spotfire and OLAP@Work. Chaim is also a recognized business leader, trusted industry expert and sought-after speaker. He was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” Award and was featured in the Stanford Social Innovation Review as a healthcare innovator.

As VP of Customer Solutions and co-founder of Phreesia, Inc., Evan is the technical visionary responsible for driving Phreesia's initiative to pioneer patient self-service registration and educational solutions, at a low cost to clinicians in their medical practices. Prior to founding Phreesia, Evan was a Senior Sales Engineer at Spotfire, a leading provider of interactive analytics software, where he helped to penetrate new markets including pharmaceutical sales and marketing, resulting in significant net new revenue. In that capacity he developed innovative applications, and trained and managed his team to support and nurture these new markets. He began his career at Spotfire as a member of the Professional Services team. Evan holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Tufts University.

Dan manages Phreesia's Architecture, Development and QA teams and has been with Phreesia since 2007. He is responsible for Phreesia's Core and Integration platforms. Prior to joining Phreesia he was a developer in the Spotfire Professional Services team working with users analyzing data in Pharmaceutical Research, Oil and Gas Exploration and Semiconductor Manufacturing. Dan has degrees in Computer Science and Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University.

Hilary Hatch is a Chief Clinical Officer at Phreesia.

Kristine Chung Salcedo is the Assistant General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Phreesia. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s privacy program and compliance with laws, regulations and contracts.

Prior to joining Phreesia, Kristine helped manage the privacy and compliance programs for a national cancer-specialty health system. She earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin and holds a BA in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University.
