Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) - Nephrology Days - (2500046N) Description The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides comprehensive nephrology and kidney transplant care to individuals, families and groups in the inpatient setting. Responsibilities include the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic kidney disease, management of kidney transplant recipients, and coordination of care for complex renal conditions. The APP will emphasize health promotion, disease preventions, dialysis management, and transplant aftercare. This role provides the opportunity to practice autonomously and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team of physicians, surgeons, APPs, nurses, and other specialist.
