    The Workday Program Manager is a member of Slalom's Enterprise Business Applications team, working in partnership with our clients to ensure maximum value out of their Workday investment. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to help lead comprehensive, full-platform Workday deployments, covering both Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials (FINS) modules. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong consulting background, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Workday solutions and program management strategies. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of client business drivers and the ability to translate client requests into thoughtful and value-driven solutions, driving clarity for internal teams and client stakeholders. This role may be based in any of our Slalom US based office locations. What You'll Do: * Lead Program Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Workday implementations, managing scope, timeline, resources, and budget across all HCM and Financials workstreams. Leverage appropriate tools and techniques to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. * Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction and alignment of business goals to objectives. * Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful client delivery. Ensure the highest quality of delivery by adhering to best practices, Slalom delivery standards, and continuously seeking improvement opportunities. * Strong Team Building: Promote a culture of trust and cooperation by facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members. Provide expert guidance on best practices and emerging trends in deployment governance to clients. * Sales Support: Support pre-sales activities such as RFP responses and sales leads. Participate in client presentations to articulate the proposed solution and address questions. * One Slalom: Collaborate across Slalom practices and offices to deliver a holistic and coordinated solution. * Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed. What You'll Bring * 5+ years of Workday implementation experience, with proven, deep expertise in leading and managing delivery across HCM and Financials functional areas. * 8+ years of program management experience. * Knowledge of Workday HCM and Financials modules, including best practices for deployment, Workday methodologies, and project and program management tools (e.g., program and project plans, RACI, RAID, status reporting, etc.). * Proven experience in a consulting role, ideally within Workday implementations or similar ERP systems. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and product management. * Executive presence and ability to effectively and clearly communicate and manage executive-level stakeholder relationships, driving alignment and clarity. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including through presentation. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with track record of delivering quality, innovative solutions. * Ability to see around corners thinking about both the big picture and individual needs to help anticipate and mitigate project risks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Workday EM/PM certification required. The Lotus Program (ages 12-17) is a secured, intensive residential treatment setting designed for adolescents with complex behavioral and emotional needs, operating within a highly structured environment and a planned 90-day length of stay. The Maple Program (ages 11-19) serves at-risk youth-many referred through the state, juvenile justice, or foster care systems-and focuses on preparing adolescents for semi-independent or independent living within an unlocked, home-like setting. This is not a traditional 9-5 role. As the manager of two 24/7 programs, this position requires flexibility, visibility across all shifts, and a commitment to supporting staff and youth around the clock. The manager participates in an every-other-week on-call rotation (Tuesday-Tuesday) including every other weekend, as well as half of Pine Rest's recognized holidays. On-call responsibilities are additionally compensated and may require responding to evening or weekend needs.
