Department College of Nursing Responsibilities Responsible for the operational management of special projects and strategic initiatives in the Panama City area on behalf of the Office of the Dean for the College of Nursing. Examples could include dean-led councils and boards, college-wide consortiums and alliances, and internal working groups. The Project Manager (Civil Engineer) is directly responsible for managing multiple projects from concept to construction.
