What You'll Do: Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer What You'll Need to Have for the Role: High school diploma or equivalent is required 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferred Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information Valid driver's license required May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending General Compensation Disclosure This position is a 100% commission-based role. ++No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply++ The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned. In all other states, you will receive minimum compensation equal to an hourly rate not less than $12.25, or the applicable state hourly minimum wage, if higher, which offsets variable compensation earned.
