Work Schedule and Additional Information:
This store is situated near major highway(s) for easy access, FREE parking is available for staff and is located near a variety of food and restaurant options.
Permanent, part-time employment.
Preferred availability: 24 - 32 hours per week. Flexible shifts are available, typically ranging from 4 - 8 hours per shift. Availability on a rotating basis will be scheduled during the week and weekend, both with daytime and evening hours.

Job Summary
The CustomerService Advisor (CSA) for PVA (Jiffy Lube), helps build loyalty and increase sales by allowing our guests to make informed decisions about their automotive services. The CSA is a Lube Technician that is also responsible for creating a positive guest experience, which they can achieve by acting as the customer liaison and main point of contact throughout their visit!
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests from their vehicles as you review their requests.
Inform guests of any promotions or products available with thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services acquired through your training.
Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.
Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process as well as any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction.
Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires.
Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
FREE parking is available for staff. This store is just a short walk from the G2 Transit Stop. The store is situated near major highway(s) for easy access, located near a variety of food/restaurant options and popular attractions and neighborhood hubs.
Permanent, part-time employment.
Preferred availability: 15 to 32 hours per week.
Store work hours and days are Monday and Tuesday 11:00am to 7:15pm, and Wednesday through Saturday 9:00am to 9:15pm.
Flexible shifts are available, typically ranging from 4 to 8 hours per shift.
Availability on a rotating basis will be scheduled during the week and weekend with daytime and evening hours.
Schedule details may change due to the operational needs of the store; applicants may be required to work schedules not outlined above.
Work hours: Work hours will vary. A minimum of 13 hours per week will be required with the ability to work more hours per week, depending on availability. Applicants interested in working additional shifts/hours above the minimum can discuss their availability with the General Manager. There is the opportunity to work up to 32 hours per week.
