POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the ISL Immunology Sales Lead, the Celltrion Immunology Specialist (CIS) is responsible for achieving the sales objectives and revenue target for their territory. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

WORK EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
Immunology experience required. Track record of sales success and existing relationships with customers in immunology (specifically gastroenterology and rheumatology)
Biologics experience strongly preferred, along with working knowledge of patient HUBs, assistance programs, and specialty pharmacy.
QUALIFICATIONS

Job Description:
The Inside Sales HVAC Aftermarket Parts Representative plays a key role in driving parts sales by actively engaging with retail and walk-in customers and maintaining ongoing relationships with the current install base. This position is responsible for exceeding sales targets, delivering excellent service across all touchpoints, and building lasting customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is not only reactive to immediate needs but proactively seeks new opportunities, leverages company marketing initiatives, and ensures customers receive tailored recommendations for their HVAC systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Promptly greet walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them with merchandise selection, identifying opportunities for upselling and introducing premium solutions.

Monitor customer buying patterns and service intervals, initiating outbound calls and emails to provide solutions before issues arise-positioning as a trusted advisor and preferred HVAC parts supplier.
Ensure all safety procedures are followed and supporting store operations including shipment unpacking, receiving, and organization.

Demonstrates use and explains features of sewing machines and related products; answers guests questions concerning price and use of merchandise.
Processes sales invoices using Point of Sales System.
Exhibits sales skills required to achieve personal and store goals; demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacle; recognize and act on opportunities to create sales.
Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

The Position:
Nutri-Green is currently in search of inside and outside sales professionals. We are seeking confident and quick-thinking individuals, with strong technical skills, to join our inside sales team.
