QUALIFICATIONS • Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Account-Management oder B2B-Sales, preferably in technology, telecom, or a similar industry. • Proven ability to manage and grow large or strategic client accounts. • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills. • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools. • Familiarity with telecom, IT, or network infrastructure solutions. • Proven ability to exceed quota in a major account or enterprise sales role.
