1. Equipment & Facility Maintenance

2. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Support internal and external audits (FDA, DEA, ISO, and customer audits).
3. Utilities & HVAC Systems Management
Manage key utilities such as compressed air, nitrogen, vacuum, HVAC, chilled water, steam, and RO/DI water systems.
Ensure qualified and compliant environmental controls for classified OSD manufacturing areas.
Maintain pressure cascades, temperature and humidity controls, and HEPA-filtered air systems.
4. Equipment Qualification & Validation
Work with Validation and QA teams on IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
Manage requalification schedules and ensure equipment remains in a validated state.
Provide engineering assessments for change controls.
5. Safety, Risk Management & Compliance
Ensure adherence to OSHA, NFPA, and site safety requirements.
Implement safety programs including LOTO, confined space, hot work, and electrical safety.
Conduct incident investigations and lead corrective actions.
6. Spare Parts & Vendor Management
Maintain optimum inventory of critical spare parts.
Manage vendors, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and service agreements to control maintenance costs.
Evaluate and onboard modern technologies and suppliers.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
Preferred: Master's degree or certifications such as CMRP or PMP.
Experience:
8-15 years of engineering and maintenance experience in OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and packaging equipment, utilities, HVAC, and cleanroom systems.
Experience with FDA/DEA audits and equipment validation.

Role Summary :
NES WES is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the team. As part of our engineering team you will be responsible for electrical system and integration of controls and instrumentation for continuous duty and standby power generation systems inclusive of electrical and mechanical equipment. Essential Responsibilities :

Remain informed of industry developments, codes, standards and accepted engineering practices affecting the services to be performed. Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory safety standards and protocols.
Assist customers, engineers, and contractors with electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment through stages of project development, installation, field start-up, training, and on-going customer support
Devise new approaches to problems and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts, and graphs.
Develop project specific functional requirements and technical specifications for control and instrumentation strategies required to integrate electrical and mechanical equipment into complete power generation solutions
Solicit and evaluate Control and Instrumentation proposals to meet established specifications
Develop detailed design drawings including P&ID's, instrument drawings, logic diagrams, single line, and control panel I/O
Perform and provide technical support to assist and participate in maintenance, diagnostic evaluation, and problem resolution of Electrical and Controls and Instrumentation systems

Job Summary
The Sr. Director/Director will lead Orchestra BioMed's Field Clinical Specialists driving our Interventional Therapies Clinical Trial, managing critical field activities. The person in this role will act as a player coach who will hire, train, and coordinate logistics for our field team to maximize efficiencies in providing technical support to centers during surgical procedures.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronics/manufacturing focus) or equivalent work experience/training.

* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams; strong collaboration and influence across all levels and with external partners.
* Advanced SME in at least one discipline (Test, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering) with strong knowledge of the others; deep understanding of EMS processes, business models, and technical landscape.
* Experienced in managing complex projects, budgeting, resource allocation, and driving organizational success through strategic planning and execution.

As the Director - Industrial Engineering, you will be responsible for providing the engineering rigor that underpins operational efficiency, labor productivity, and end to product flow. You will be responsible for owning the design and optimization of facility layouts, labor standards, and process design.
Responsibilities:
Own the creation, governance, and maintenance of labor standards across all segment processes
Lead facility layout, workflow engineering, and process solutioning to optimize throughput, space utilization, and labor efficiency.
Create scalable segment-oriented facility designs for new builds, retrofits, and expansions
Partner with cross functional teams (IT/OPS) to analyze the labor impact of WMS changes (slotting, task logic, pick paths) into standard models.
Work with Lean/OPs teams to embed standards into CI initiatives and validate performance against benchmarks.
Partner with the analytics team to ensure labor standards and models translate into measurable reporting and network KPIs.
Supervises, coaches, recruits, and mentors direct and indirect reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree - Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required
Masters Degree - MBA preferred
10 years of progressive fulfillment industrial engineering or operations engineering experience
Deep expertise in engineered labor standards, time studies, and activity level productivity modeling
Experience designing distribution facilities, process engineering, and labor management systems
Strong knowledge of WMS/LMS workflows and their impacts on labor standards
Demonstrated ability to partner cross functionally with Automation, Operations, Analytics, Lean, and IT
Engineered labor standards development and time study methodology
Activity - level labor modeling for manual and automated workflows
