As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive full life cycle recruiting including candidate sourcing, screening, as well as extending and negotiating offers. You will be a member of our US recruiting team and a trusted advisor to key areas of the business where you will proactively partner on strategic talent acquisition initiatives. You will champion recruitment processes, and demonstrate knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, total rewards, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems including effectively leveraging technology and AI advancements to improve efficiencies in the recruiting process.
Your Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and posting through screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and hiring, while partnering closely with hiring managers and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent; collaborate with Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcers and participate in key recruiting events including campus recruiting.
Champion Elanco's employer brand, effectively marketing the company, function, and roles to prospective candidates.
Optimize and standardize recruitment processes; educate and influence hiring leaders; and drive continuous improvement on key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction).
Build and manage critical relationships (candidates, hiring managers, HR, and external vendors), including vendor management for hard-to-fill roles.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 7+ years work experience in full life cycle recruiting or relevant experience.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will work as part of the global recruiting team and own end-to-end recruiting activities for our manufacturing facilities in Greenfield and Noblesville, IN. The position will require using a variety of leading edge recruiting resources to identify, recruit, evaluate, recommend, and secure qualified candidates for open positions to ensure the achievement of company growth plans. Job Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment of non-exempt and entry-level roles, primarily manufacturing and assembly positions, including skilled assemblers, machinists, welders and other skilled trades.
Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with company guidelines, negotiate salaries and present job offers to candidates.
Source, identify and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.
Develop a strategy to increase talent pool
Maintain a pipeline of candidates for commonly filled positions
Represent Bastian Solutions at career fairs
Develop and administer communication plans to attract active and passive candidates
Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
Participate in organizational wide improvement projects
Travel Expectations: up to 5% (mostly for career fairs)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Prior experience inrecruiting warehouse and manufacturing roles required
Ability to use ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintain complete candidate tracking information
Ability to provide consistent communication and messages to candidates regarding our company, products, culture, etc.

What you will need:

PHR/SPHR Certification is a plus.
