WHAT YOU'LL NEED: * Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Minimum of three (3) years' experience in equipment sales. * Experience related to rental or heavy machinery a plus. * Strong knowledge of CAT and Allied products. * Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. * Computer experience, DBS, PC and CRM. * Must have valid drivers' license and clean driving record. * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. * Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. * Moderate computer skills.
