Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant. 5. Must possess and/or obtain a valid Food Handlers Card prior to employment. 6. In Oregon must possess and/or obtain a valid OLCC Card to serve alcohol within 30 days of employment. 7. Must be 18 years of age to work evening shift. Physical Requirements: 1. Must be able to stand and exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours in length. 2.
