Under general supervision provides an Alatte experience that meets or exceeds guests' expectations by filling beverage and food orders; presents properly prepared drinks and food items in a timely fashion; provides a superior level of WE ROCK guest service to internal and external customers and performs other duties as required.

Greet guests and solicit beverage and/or food orders; answer guests' questions about items and make choice suggestions or recommendations upon request in order to practice the highest standards of guest service.
Provide quick, friendly and personal service by preparing and serving hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, juices and others.
Prepare cocktails and other drinks by mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and/or bitters, according to recipes or guests' instructions; serve wine and/or beer in order to fulfill guest requirements to the highest standards of product preparation.
Ensure that all food items are properly prepared, promptly and appetizingly presented in order to generate guest satisfaction and promote return visits.
Verify that guests ordering alcoholic beverages meet the minimum age requirements for service by asking for and verifying the possession of a valid picture identification in order to lessen liability for the Nugget and protect the community from underage drinkers.
Lessen liability and potential problems by observing the demeanor of guests in order to determine levels of intoxication and take appropriate remedial actions including notifying security, cutting off service and/or ordering alternate transportation.
Suggest appropriate product(s) to guests by engaging them in conversation to discover wants and preferences in order to enhance the Alatte experience.
Encourage orders of food items for consumption or "to go", as well as beverages, by providing samples and demonstrations on the premises in order to enhance service and increase sales.
Observe diners during the course of the meal to determine that guests are satisfied with the food, to respond to additional service requirements and to determine when guests have completed their meal, providing timely presentation of the bill.
Ensure that guests are charged correctly, accurately processing monetary transactions by following cash handling procedures and cash register policies so that cash collected balances with items sold at the end of the shift.
Make sure that goods are displayed and available by following procedures for product presentation, stocking, rotation and storage in order to ensure that an adequate amount of appealing product.
Respond to guests' questions, using the WE ROCK customer service model, providing information about casino gaming promotions, special and other events and/or programs procedures outlined in the Quick Reference Guide in order to assist guests, advertise marketing campaigns and encourage guest attendance and participation.
Education and Experience:
Previous full-time experience in a position with regular direct public contact, providing for customer needs, efficiently and effectively exhibiting excellent customer service. Previous full-time bar tending/hospitality industry experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
Licenses and Certifications:
Must be able to obtain Alcohol Awareness Certification.
