QUALIFICATION:
Excellent mechanical aptitude with a working knowledge of plastic injection molding equipment, thermoplastic resins and injection molds.
Knowledge of set-up and tear-down procedures of injection molds.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Ability to utilize precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment to monitor quality.
Working knowledge of quality systems and procedures based on the ISO Standard.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years progressive manufacturing/supervisory experience.
