The AWSI Strategic Accounts Sales Operations team is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Lead to partner with our account management teams in Strategic Accounts segment to define, land, and execute against our strategic priorities.
This leader will be part of the strategic accounts sales operations team and partner with Sales Leadership and other cross-functional teams to develop standard metrics to measure productivity and success of programs, automate and optimize operational processes, drive AI adoption with the latest technology, and invent new ways of diving deep with data to uncover actionable insights that help us serve our internal and external customers. They will be responsible for looking around corners and measuring the performance of the organization, supplying their sales leadership with relevant and timely insights on the health of their business, and will effectively manage the operating cadence for the team.
The successful candidate has excellent business and sales acumen, strong program/change management, communication, collaboration skills, deep analytics experience, passion for adopting new technology including AI, and a demonstrated ability to both execute and influence. They must be willing to roll up their sleeves, dive deep to lean, be comfortable working within ambiguity, and have a passion for driving operational excellence.
In this role you will develop unique insights that drive dynamic decision making, set high standards, and utilize leading technology to enable Sales productivity. You will be an excellent communicator working across the organization to build strong relationships and will be able to effectively tie insights to business strategy and results. You will be a proactive problem-solver, looking around corners to identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities for process or data improvement.

Key job responsibilities
As Sales Operations Lead, your role is critical and highly visible across the organization. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Participate to the definition of the goals, drive programs, tooling, and dashboards to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve attainment of strategic objectives
- Track and report all key performance indicators, goals, efficiency and trend analyses during monthly business reviews
- Lead strategic planning and annual planning activities for account teams
- Develop management dashboards and reports that are actionable and automated
- Drive process improvement and change management - lead and deliver training
- Create and manage the operating cadence for account teams
- Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
- Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations to managers and drive change
- Define requirements for specific tooling to support processes and optimize their day to day work
- Collaborate with other operations managers to identify and implement best practices.
- Ensure consistent and efficient execution of all functions by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes and programs.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Emergency Services Swing ShiftSupervisor is a vital member of the REST Survivor Services team, which works closely with the Emergency Services and Operations teams to achieve divisional goals and outcomes. The ERC is an emergency shelter with 7 individual rooms for survivors of sex trafficking or the trade who identify women. Offering stabilizing support for 30-90 days, including access to essential needs, crisis intervention, and case management. Additionally th who identify women. The Emergency Services Swing ShiftSupervisor ensures the provision of safe, person-centered, and trauma-informed services through both the shelter and the hotline, playing a critical role in daily operations and staff supervision while maintaining an inclusive environment for staff, and survivors as they begin their journey of exiting sex trafficking.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Supervision
Collaborate with the Survivor Services Manager to manage and deliver division and team goals as it pertains to ERC services and outcomes
Ensure consistent implementation of shelter policies, procedures and routines during evening operations
Delegate tasks to staff, volunteers, interns, or facilitators working in shelter services to achieve the desired outcomes
Provide oversight to the evening and overnight support staff as well as the shelter's Weekend Lead
Oversight of all volunteers and interns assigned to night shifts
Provide on-call overnight leadership to staff in cases of emergencies
Conduct shift check-ins and ensure smooth hand-offs between day, evening and overnight support staff
Assist and collaborate with Emergency Services Day Supervisor and Crisis Support Supervisor on staff scheduling, shift coverage and monitoring and approving timecards
Collaborate closely with the Emergency Services Day Supervisor and the Crisis Support Supervisor to ensure staff collaboration, smooth program operations and survivor-centered services
Manage budgeted funds for program operations and timely financial reporting, including monitoring and approving staff expense reports
Collaborate with community partners, local organizations and volunteers to enhance the range of resources and referrals to offer to shelter guests and hotline callers
Provide support staff development through feedback, coaching and training on trauma- informed care, survivor centered services and de-escalation
Staff Care
Serve as a consistent presence in the workplace for emergencies and incidents modeling trauma-informed care; complete and review incidents reports and ensure proper communication to leadership
Assist Survivor Services Manager in hiring and onboarding staff, on-call staff, volunteers, interns and facilitators
Effectively train staff in understanding trauma-informed care, strength-based care and person-center delivery, along with policies and procedures, safety protocol, organizational/division goals and outcomes
Provide consistent coaching and feedback to direct reports through regular review and assessment of the employee's performance utilizing weekly 1:1 meetings, quarterly review of employee's key performance indicators (KPIs), performance improvement plans (if applicable) as well as quarterly and annual performance reviews
Coordinate staff, volunteer, intern and facilitator schedules for ERC services
Collaborate with Survivor Services Manager to evaluate and implement program service policies and procedures and all other program standards
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all staff, volunteers, interns or facilitators are knowledgeable on organizational and department guidelines, program service standards and program resources
Provide on-call response and support for weekday escalated concerns
Client Care
Uphold REST values when engaging with staff and guests
Cultivate a welcoming, safe and inclusive community environment that follows all policies and procedures as well as provides culturally responsive care for all
Coach and train all ERC staff and volunteers to engage guests and hotline callers using REST's principles of care as well as individualized, strengths-based and trauma informed care.
Ensure implementation and completion of service data such as; enrollments, incident reports and exits for guests utilizing shelter services at REST
Address conflicts or grievances that arise amongst clients and staff with sensitivity, care and professionalism, and in compliance with applicable policies and procedures
Reporting, Systems, and Facilities
Fulfill all reporting requirements in REST client data systems and any additional grant reporting software
In coordination with the Survivor Services Manager, track outcomes and implement program evaluation to identify and suggest areas for improvement
Inventory and purchase facility and program supplies within the department budget
Record reconciled expenses, within budget, and submit financial reports in a timely matter
Maintain facility upkeep, security, health and cleanliness standards
Collaborate with operations to ensure building safety for staff and guest
Participate in all necessary REST staff meetings and trainings
Provide feedback for quarterly and annual program evaluations
Complete and conduct staff performance evaluations quarterly and annually
Self-regulate when experiencing triggers, trauma-responses, or stressors in order to stayengaged, productive and meet the needs of the team and clients
Contribute to the improvement of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the team; continue to foster learning and curiosity within individuals and the team on how to create a more diverse, inclusive, equitable, accessible ERC (both in terms of delivering services, but also in outcomes).

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required;
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in shelter services, crisis response, behavioral health, or related field
Minimum 2 year of supervisory or lead role experience
Prior experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and trauma-informed care
Ability to work overnights, weekends, holidays, and high-stress situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with electronic documentation and incident reporting systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred
Experience working with survivors of trauma, domestic violence, trafficking, or homelessness
Training in harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and behavioral health de-escalation
Knowledge of local emergency response systems and community resources
Bilingual or bicultural experience strongly encouraged
SCHEDULE:
40 hours/week. This position typically works Tuesday- Friday 3pm-11pm and Saturday 12pm-8pm shifts. Occasional on call and outside hours may be required. Some holidays may be required, and some seasons may require more than 40 hours/week.
LOCATION:
REST's office is located in South Seattle
COMPENSATION
The starting salary for this position is $30-34/ hr. REST has adopted a salary scale as part of its compensation plan.
BENEFITS
This position is eligible for all benefits offered to full-time non-exempt employees. This currently starts at up to 15 days (120 hours) accrued vacation, 10 days accrued sick time, 12 holidays, 100% employer paid medical/dental/vision premiums for employee, one paid mental health hour each week, and a 403b retirement plan.

Duties:
Follow the steps outlined in the DHC Training Program to learn and train new skills, duties, and responsibilities
Abide by and enforce to the rules and direction given by the Restaurant Management Team and refrains from insubordination
Communicate to their immediate Supervisor when additional training guidance and practice is needed
Effectively and consistently does require Ops Walks and Q&A checks to correct areas of opportunity
Organize shift schedules for Team Members and monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off
Assign duties to specific Team Members based on role and skills
Understand how each job responsibility impacts Guests, the Team, and overall Restaurant Operations and success

Dave's Hot Chicken was created by best friends Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and Tommy and Gary Rubenyan. OUR HISTORY
In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept: take Nashville Hot
Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple
thousand dollars to their names, they opened up a pop-up concept in a parking lot
in East Hollywood, serving a simple menu of Tenders, Sliders, Fries, and Kale Slaw. They
created a cult following - with lines consistently over an hour long.
After 6 months of running the pop-up with long lines, the Team took the plunge. In
January 2018, it opened its first physical Restaurant: at a sleepy strip center in East
Hollywood. Demand for the craveable Hot Chicken exceeded all expectations. Sales
grew every month from then on, with consistently long lines throughout the day.
Dave, the co-founder and Chef, was trained at Thomas Keller's Bouchon Restaurant
organization. He came up with a simple process: take the best quality Chicken,
prepare it in a proprietary Brine and, after deep frying, top the most tender Chicken in
the world with one of seven Signature Spice Blends.
From parking lot pop-up to Hot Chicken World Leader, we will become an Iconic
Brand with a cult-like following, recognized for mind-blowing quality, great service and
