As the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete their job duties, and follow all brand standards & food safety requirements. Maintain a solid knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
Assist in the training of new team members.
Follow required brand standards, food safety requirements, as well as all company policies and procedures.
Inform plaza leadership of any observations, concerns, or problems that are witnessed or experienced.
Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.
