An experienced UKG Advanced Scheduler Retail Lead with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our T&O UKG business.
The Work...
The UKG (Legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler Retail Lead works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved. Specifically, the primary objective for this role is to understand clients' current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The UKG (legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler Retail Lead, leads large, complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion.
Job Responsibilities
+ Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos Workforce Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central) Advanced Scheduler module, specifically as it relates to clients in the retail industry
+ Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of time and attendance initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support
+ Participates in and contributes to pre-sales and sales strategies
+ Facilitates complex working sessions for both internal and client teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet client-specific needs as necessary
+ Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation
+ Analyzes complex data or facts and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way
+ Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services to enhance clients' operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices
+ Provides mentorship and knowledge transfer to our consulting base
+ Attends to administrative expense tracking and time keeping duties required for billing
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need...
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler module
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience working in/with the retail industry
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If...
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience presenting to executive-level audiences
+ Experienced in creating strategic communication pieces for executive-level audiences
+ Certified in UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos Workforce Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central) Advanced Scheduler module, with at least 2 years of related experience
+ Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting
+ Able to handle escalated issues, understand client needs and tailor solutions and responses to meet these needs

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in stock operations, inventory, or warehouse functions.
2+ years in a shift lead or supervisory role in retail or warehouse settings.
Knowledge of inventory systems (RMS/WMS/ERP); SAP experience is a plus.
Basic Microsoft Excel skills (filters, sorting, PivotTables preferred).
Familiarity with FIFO, labeling standards, and loss prevention.
PIT/MHE certification preferred (or ability to obtain after hire).
Safety training (PPE, ergonomics, ladder safety) preferred.

Federal Contract Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident.
JOB PURPOSE: The ShiftSupervisor at the Eagle Lake Children's Center is responsible for the direct supervision of youth in care, as well as direct supervision of Youth Care Workers. The ShiftSupervisor ensures the daily programming activities are provided during the course of their shift. The ShiftSupervisor maintains a flexible, organized and efficient work schedule.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
Maintain appropriate documentation of employees under their direct supervision.
Ensure direct care staff follow the ORR Policy and Procedures for the care of minors.
Provide floor coverage when needed.
Complete annual performance appraisals of employees under their direct supervision.
Develop positive rapport with the children while serving as a role model to create a safe and caring environment.
Must ensure all required shift paper work is completed in a timely manner and entered into Vision Link and/or the UAC portal.
Assist with the Education department in the coordination of special educational events and educational field trips.
Assist with approved weekend outings for the children.
Ensure vocational classes are taught based on the provided curriculum.
Ensure children receive Physical Education, as well as Large Muscle group according to the Daily operational schedule.
Ensure the Daily operational scheduled is followed.
Maintain open and consistent communication with the Program Director and Assistant Program Director.
Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Proficiency in Spanish/English (written and spoken language skills), required.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google tools.
Successfully pass a TB test annually.
Successfully pass a drug screen.
Be physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of performing assigned tasks and have the skills necessary to perform assigned task.
Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries.
Ability to work independently and exercise a high level of confidentiality.
Affidavit for Applicants for Employment with a Licensed Operation or Registered Children's Home.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience working with children either through paid employment or volunteer work.
Supervisor experience, preferred.
LICENSES: Clear driving record.
WORK LOCATION:
Eagle Lake Children's Center in-person.
OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel in case of an emergency evacuation and as the business need dictates. Must be available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required to meet business needs. Willingness to work other duties as required.
