Additionally, they should have a proven record of influencing executive-level leadership, ensuring alignment and support for strategic initiatives. **Required Skills:** Site Selection Strategy Manager Responsibilities: 1. Technical program management lead for site selection processes, with a focus on execution planning and development of strategic direction 2. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates and you reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
