Steven Booth (Steve)

Steve Booth is Baird’s Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Investment Banking overseeing Baird's global corporate finance and M&A activities. Steve also co-manages Baird's Equity Capital Markets Group and is a member of the board of directors and Executive Committee of Robert W. Baird & Co. Steve has extensive experience originating and directing M&A and equity financing transactions in a wide variety of industries. Before heading Baird's Investment Banking Group, Steve had previously led its Global M&A business and prior to that, its Industrials Group. John Ettelson

John R. Ettelson became president of William Blair in 2003 and has been CEO since 2004. Under his leadership, the investment banking and asset management business has grown to more than 20 offices globally and annual revenues have tripled to over $1 billion. During his three decades at William Blair, Mr. Ettelson has held various leadership positions within the firm, including; head of mergers and acquisitions, chief financial officer, and chief operating officer. Mr. Ettelson has a deep commitment to his community and is a respected civic leader. He is the past chairman of the board of trustees for Lincoln Park Zoo and of the Economic Club of Chicago. Jon Dorfman is a Senior Managing Partner and CIO of Napier Park Global Capital (“Napier Park”). While at Morgan Stanley, Jon held numerous senior management positions including Co-Head of the Global Investment Grade Credit Group and Head of Global Credit Derivative and Asset Swap Trading Group. Among the innovators and early risk takers in the credit default swap, credit index (Tracers and CDX) and tranched risk credit markets, Jon served as an ISDA committee member responsible for the first standardized credit default swap contract. Jon earned a BSE degree, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
