Mr. Miglino is responsible for leading the product development and capital structure of the company. He has helped the company raise all of its capital and go public on the NASDAQ capital market. Mr. Miglino has a long history of starting companies and working in public company environments.

Combining 20 years of hands-on industry experience from fintech (Financial Technology) to AI (Artificial Intelligence) with an energetic startup mentality, Kang has a proven record of motivating and coaching engineers to build amazing products. With several patents in AI technology, Kang has worked for numerous companies ranging from energy companies to defense contractors to large-size banks, and he is currently serving as a CTO of a publicly traded Nasdaq tech company in California. In addition, he has for several years led Team Heptagon, an elite private group of 6 engineers which has helped companies to achieve high availability, high throughput, and sub-millisecond transactions.

Vladi Delsoglio is a Chief Creative Officer at Social Reality Inc and Creative Director at Social Reality Inc and is based in Greater Los Angeles Area. He has worked as Creative Director at Gaiam Inc., Art Director at Spark Networks, and Teacher at ArtCenter. Vladi attended Istituto Tecnico Guarino Guarini - Turin, Italy between 1992 and 1996 and AET between 2003 and 2005.
