Social Solutions is the leading provider of SaaS performance management software for human and social services, enabling non-profits to maximize human outcomes, increase efficiency and increase funds raised.Prior to SSG, Erin was CEO and Director of Calytera, a Private Equity-backed government technology software company, where she led the company post-acquisition to double profitability and deliver double-digit acceleration in ARR growth.Erin spent 11 years at Dell, Inc., rising to Global Chief Marketing Officer, where she led the Dell.com ecommerce business (~$13B P&L), was responsible for global brand, communications, media, agency, analytics and corporate social responsibility, and led talent strategy for Dell's 4K marketers worldwide. Erin spent 3 years in Europe as General Manager of EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), leading the Dell.com business ($3B revenue), and then as the Vice President of Marketing for EMEA. Earlier in her Dell career, she held various roles of increasing responsibility in Sales and Marketing in the Public and Consumer divisions.At Bazaarvoice, Erin was the Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership team which executed the company's IPO in February 2012, where the company grew to over $800M in value. Erin spent 4 years as the EVP & Chief Marketing Officer for SunPower, a global renewable energy leader, where she was responsible for digital strategy and all aspects of marketing.Erin has been recognized multiple years as one of the 50 most powerful women in technology by the National Diversity Council and was inducted into the prestigious American Advertising Federation’s Lifetime Hall of Achievement, recognizing career-long impact of advertising and marketing professionals.Erin currently serves as a Director for Social Solutions, an Independent Director for Skyline Champion (NYSE:SKY) and an Advisor to the Dean’s Council at her alma mater, The University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

Built and grew a Sustaining Engineering team from the ground up, expanding the team’s charter and scope, from initial six members to include 60 engineers in four Global locations
