SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS• Knowledge of plant design, licensing basis, plant operations, procedures, regulatory interface, and project management skills. • Knowledge of Human Performance concepts and proven activities to enhance and improve Human performance including behavior modification techniques at both a personal and organizational level. • Lead the implementation of Organizational Effectiveness activities in conjunction with business unit and support groups. • Solid understanding of research and data mining; ability to use statistical analysis to develop trend data and reports.
