In this role, you will support the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), which trains Army Corps, Divisions, and Brigades in Army Mission Command Systems and the Operations Process. This is accomplished through integrated simulations that replicate complex operating environments and enable realistic Large Scale Combat Operations training.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Conduct mission analysis of higher headquarters guidance (CSA, FORSCOM, CAC)
+ Enable scenario development, planning, and orders development to stimulate specific exercise training needs and unit training objectives
+ Ensure scenario understanding, battle rhythm events, and critical linkages.

+ Integrate with the HICOM across warfighting functions during execution and directly engage with staff officers to operationally steer the exercise
+ Enable HICOM understanding and execution to meet desired training conditions
+ Coordinate with CUOPS and Operations Groups to ensure appropriate HICOM stimulus for training audiences
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**
+ Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience
+ Graduate of U.S. Army Command and General Staff College or equivalent (MEL4)
+ Prior U.S. Military service as a Field Grade Officer or SGM/CSM (COL, LTC, MAJ, CSM/SGM)
+ Familiarity with current Army and Joint doctrine
+ Experience writing operational orders at the Division and above level
+ Integrated all warfighting functions into planning
+ Prepared scenario-based training
+ Coordinated with stakeholders outside your assigned team
+ Developed appropriate training for exercise support staff regarding designed scenarios
+ Incorporated planning best practices into operational and/or training events
+ Served in Current Operations (CUOPS) or Future Operations (FUOPS) at the Division or above level
+ Must be willing to travel 25% of the time

**Additional desired experience and skills:**
+ Master's degree with 15 years of experience
+ Graduate of U.S. Army War College or service equivalent
+ Mastery of Army and Joint doctrine
+ Demonstrated ability to facilitate WFX HICOM and apply Army/Joint doctrine.

+ Proficiency in coordinating with divisions, MCTP operations groups, and external stakeholders
+ Capability to develop and present appropriate training to inform exercise support staff (MCTP, HICOM, EXCON) about the scenario and orders
+ Experience incorporating best practices into the planning process and products that provide training audiences an example to follow
+ Prior experience as an OCT (Observer, Coach, Trainer) and WFX participant.
+ Leadership experience within the Army CTC program, ideally MCTP

Draft policy standards and procedures for the program and recommend actions for Government consideration

Utilize TS-MATS to support the State and units training program
Assist in performing Delivery, Inspection and Acceptance, Procedures (DIAP) of newly fielded devices or upgrades as necessary
Perform technical integration, analysis, and training of ARNG Command Unique TADSS. Assist in the planning, execution and utilization of TADSS. Assess and brief on any state-of-the-art TADSS
Transfer knowledge and expertise to unit personnel
Provide support to the ARNG units participating in major exercises such as but not limited to Combat Readiness exercise (CRX) or other collective training exercises
Train and assist units conducting CRX rotations with Installation, Operation, Support, Removal and Turn-in of TADSS
Provide surge support to CRX rotations in accordance with ARNG master schedule and requirements. RVTP personnel will coordinate with host TSC on major exercise support
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Training and doctrinal implementation of TADSS.
Personnel must be experienced as an instructor/staff/cadre member.
Experience in employing Armor and Infantry TADSS in live training for Active, Reserve, and National Guard elements.
Personnel must have technical knowledge of TC-20.31, Training and Qualification Crew. TC 3-20.31-4.
Personnel must have experience operating the following TADSS at a minimum: Engagement Skills Trainer (EST), Call for Fire Trainer (CFFT), Virtual Convoy Operations Trainer (VCOT), Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES), Un-stabilized Gunnery Trainer - Individual. (UGT-I)
Shall have the appropriate valid licensing and training required by state and federal laws and regulations to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles (i.e. GSA lease) and/or forklift machinery prior to and throughout the contract performance.

Position Summary:
The primary focus of a Birthday Party Facilitator is to promote creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while facilitating Snapology's STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) programs in highly engaging ways. Facilitators must also work collaboratively with Snapology staff and effectively communicate with parents. Programs are conducted for children ages 3-14, although not all staff are required to teach all age groups.
Role & Responsibilities:
Facilitate Snapology programs for groups of up to 24 students
Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment. All materials, lesson plans, & paid training is provided!
Adequately prepare for each party program by reading curriculum, watching training videos and/or participating in face-to-face training sessions
Maintain engagement and manage behavior and discipline in alignment with the disciplinary systems of Snapology
Present party themes in a fun and engaging way that promotes creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Encourage students & parents to enroll students in future Snapology programs
Participate in periodic Snapology training & staff meetings, as required
Collaborate with Snapology Leadership and support staff
Maintain professional manner in dress, personal appearance, and communication with students, parents, and community partners
Travel to various host locations to run parties
Safely transport and store materials
Qualifications:
Criminal and Child Clearances (background checks and fingerprinting) must be current through Texas Central Background Check Unit and submitted by candidate
2 or more years of experience leading children in a classroom or camp environment
Education degree or teaching experience preferred, students pursuing a degree in education are encouraged to apply

Position Details:

Parties may be hosted at community partner locations, family residences and amenity centers across the greater Cedar Park area, including North Austin, Leander, Liberty Hill, Georgetown and Round Rock.
The ability to set up and/or arrange furniture in order to prepare the room for class is essential.
Reliable transportation, punctuality, and the ability to transport equipment is crucial.
Facilitators are expected to arrive 30 minutes early unload and set up materials for the party.
Appropriate county health guidelines will be followed in the event of any health concerns in the area.
