Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and track IT assets, including hardware and software, to ensure accurate inventory and maintenance
Support IT-led projects and system rollouts in a hands-on environment
Troubleshoot user access issues on company devices
Provide technical support for video conferencing systems and meetings
Deliver user training on tools, applications, and IT policies
Manage, escalate, and de-escalate IT ticket submissions to ensure timely resolution
Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to improve IT processes
Create, update, and manage IT process guides and training resources
Provide IT support and onboarding for new and existing employees
Assist with implementing and monitoring IT security measures
Travel to KBC offices as needed to provide onsite support
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of IT asset management and lifecycle processes
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows and mac OS environments, and video conferencing platforms
Familiarity with IT security best practices and access management
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical users
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests
Experience working both independently and collaboratively across teams
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role
The expected annual base salary for this position is $67,000 - $82,000. Experience, skills, location and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

Minimum Qualifications for GS-11:
Specialized Experience: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level in the Federal service that included experience such as:

* Identifying and recommending solutions to a wide range of administrative problems.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Minimum Qualifications for GS-12:

What You'll Do:
The Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) provides individuals with the natural supports proven instrumental in maintaining a strong and successful recovery. The RSS will demonstrate a strong personal recovery and be a positive example that recovery is a desirable and attainable goal. The RSS works in conjunction with multiple disciplines to meet individual's treatment and recovery needs.
* Acts as an active facilitator (or co-facilitator) in groups and individual recovery. Serves as an individual advocate and support resource throughout the treatment process.
* Works to lessen the instance of seclusion (if applicable) and restraint by building therapeutic alliance and exercising trauma informed care.
* Demonstrates knowledge of community resources to help meet individual's unique recovery needs. Implements knowledge of multiple paths of recovery and promotes them equally.
* Works cohesively with multi-discipline team through all aspects of individual's treatment and recovery.
* Documents all encounters with individuals in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

As a Resident Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting residents at Copper Gate affordable housing complex, helping them achieve personal, financial, and housing stability. You will provide on-site, support and advocacy to residents, connecting them with community resources and fostering a safe, inclusive living environment.

What You will Do
Provide on-site support to residents.
Build community connections by supporting resident events and activities.

Educate residents on tenant rights and responsibilities.
Coordinate referrals for services such as mental health counseling, job training, and financial coaching.

What You Bring
3+ years of experience in housing services, case management, or community engagement.
Understanding of landlord-tenant laws and conflict resolution.
Experience supporting diverse and vulnerable populations, including those exiting homelessness.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases (Salesforce experience a plus).

The Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) provides individuals with the natural supports proven instrumental in maintaining a strong and successful recovery. The RSS will demonstrate a strong personal recovery and be a positive example that recovery is a desirable and attainable goal. The RSS works in conjunction with multiple disciplines to meet individual's treatment and recovery needs.
* Acts as an active facilitator (or co-facilitator) in groups and individual recovery. Serves as an individual advocate and support resource throughout the treatment process.
* Works to lessen the instance of seclusion (if applicable) and restraint by building therapeutic alliance and exercising trauma informed care.
* Demonstrates knowledge of community resources to help meet individual's unique recovery needs. Implements knowledge of multiple paths of recovery and promotes them equally.

* Documents all encounters with individuals in the electronic health record.

The Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) provides individuals with the natural supports proven instrumental in maintaining a strong and successful recovery. The RSS will demonstrate a strong personal recovery and be a positive example that recovery is a desirable and attainable goal. The RSS works in conjunction with multiple disciplines to meet individual's treatment and recovery needs.
* Acts as an active facilitator (or co-facilitator) in groups and individual recovery. Serves as an individual advocate and support resource throughout the treatment process.
* Works to lessen the instance of seclusion (if applicable) and restraint by building therapeutic alliance and exercising trauma informed care.
* Demonstrates knowledge of community resources to help meet individual's unique recovery needs. Implements knowledge of multiple paths of recovery and promotes them equally.
* Works cohesively with multi-discipline team through all aspects of individual's treatment and recovery.
* Documents all encounters with individuals in the electronic health record.
* Encourages and supports from a place of experience and understanding and willing to use appropriate self-disclosure.
* Assist the transport team with patient transportation, ensuring safety and support during transit as needed.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) certification required
* Registered with Washington State Care Authority
* Must be able to perform Safe Clinch restraint techniques
* Individuals with lived experience in behavioral health recovery or the parent or guardian of a child with lived experience with behavioral health services and 18 years or older and in behavioral health recovery for a least one (1) year
* The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company's exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment
* Complete all credentialing requirements within the required time period, including but not limited to obtaining a National Provider Identifier (NPI), Medallion enrollment, Medicare enrollment, and any other necessary credentials as required for the role
* Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card for the State of Washington (BHS/RSS positions)
It would be great if you had:
* Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPS) certification (required 7/2026)
* Behavioral Health/Substance Use Treatment or GMH Recovery experience. Completion of Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) CPC 40-hour training and exam
* Completion of specialized peer certifications (WHAM, ASIST, etc.)
* Knowledge of evidence-based/person-centered skillsets, such as Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, Verbal De-escalation, Harm Reduction, and Person-centered language
* Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record
