Provide administrative support to include In/Out Processing for PEOAVN Personnel using the Human Resources Database. Responsible for coordination, supervision and preparation of daily status reports, all officer and enlisted evaluations, daily status and PERSTEMPO reports, awards, all leaves and passes, appointment orders, unit alert and social rosters, and any additional personnel service support required of the team. Responsible for monitoring and processing required annual evaluation reports through the PMs and PEO HQ prior to the PEO providing enumeration and final comments. Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters. Performs a wide variety of data input assignments, which may be confidential in nature; operates a computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports, and other materials. Responsible for tracking list for selected Casualty Notification Officers. Unit Strength Manager utilizing such automated systems as e-MILPO, TOPMIS, AIM2, EDAS, iPERMs, FMSweb and PERNET. Prepares soldier records for Boards, Military Awards and Decorations; Maintains Local Military Personnel Records. Coordinates with the US Army Garrison Redstone Arsenal for sponsorship, retirements, leaves and passes. Coordinates reassignments, extensions, deferments and deletions directly with Human Resources Command (HRC), Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology) (ASA(ALT)) and United States Army Acquisition Support Center (USAASC) staffs. Candidate must have 10 years' experience with Bachelor's Degree in one of the following specialty areas HR or Business Administration. In lieu of Bachelor's degree must have 15 years' experience.
