The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and coordination of construction activities. Project Managers are responsible for managing each project from inception to completion. This includes the initial estimation of a project, the buying-out of commitments, preparation of master schedules, monitoring of the project budget, close-out, and more.
