Summary The Agile Project Manager - Marketing oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives using Agile methodologies. This role partners closely with marketing leadership, the Marketing team, cross-functional stakeholders, and other PM segments across the organization to drive strategic initiatives and ensure smooth sprint execution. The APM will facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain a prioritized backlog of marketing work, and support continuous improvement across the marketing organization. Responsibilities: Lead planning, execution, and delivery for marketing initiatives, campaigns, and strategic projects. Partner with the Director of PMO and Marketing Leadership to define timelines, scope, and priorities. Partner with project managers assigned to other business segments to coordinate and manage cross-functional strategic company initiatives. Manage and refine the marketing backlog, aligning work items to strategic goals, brand priorities, and campaign calendars. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Collaborate with the Technology Project Manager when marketing work requires technical support or integration. Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners. Track project and sprint progress, communicate status updates, and escalate risks or blockers as needed. Remove impediments and create clarity to keep marketing teams focused and productive. Maintain project documentation including roadmaps, campaign plans, sprint boards, burndown charts, and retrospectives. Measure and report on team performance and other Agile marketing KPIs. Support the continued adoption of Agile practices within the marketing team, fostering a culture of iteration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Requirements Required 1-2 years of experience in a project management, marketing operations, or Agile team support. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Monday) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Figma, Miro). Understanding of marketing workflows (creative, content, digital, social, email, or campaign production) is a plus. Preferred Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent, preferred. PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), preferred. Marketing-specific certifications (Agile Marketing, Hubspot, Google Analytics, etc.). Investigates safety incidents and retrains staff as needed. + Manages the JE Dunn prestart process. + Supports the preconstruction team including quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope of work development, scope review, bid package development, schedule development, bid list creation and bid advertisement. + Leads plan and implementation of buyout schedule. Verifies pricing and scope, identifies successful bidders, provides gap analysis against initial scope and manages issuance of subcontracts. + Manages the submittal schedule set-up. Coordinates priorities with the team; reviews and approves all shop drawings and samples prior to submittal to architects or engineers. + Ensures approved submittals are returned to subcontractors and available to project team per the project schedule and the contract. + Coordinates with Logistics to obtain pricing on materials and equipment. + Confers with risk management to ensure approval and/or bonding requirements for subcontractors. Reviews decisions with project leader. Provides ongoing risk analysis of subcontractors throughout project lifecycle. + Coordinates the various stakeholders of the project including but not limited to subcontractors, owner, field, design team, vendors, etc. + Disseminates change requests to subcontractors for pricing and schedule input. Gathers and evaluates subcontractor pricing to confirm accuracy. + Prepares, submits and obtains owner/architect approval for change requests. + Leads various meetings such as monthly project reviews, progress meetings and OAC (Owner Architect) meetings. + Completes monthly subcontractor and owner pay application process. + Prepares project schedule with the Project Superintendent. Gathers input from project team and utilizes Lean principles as appropriate. Develops and updates project schedule for both preconstruction and construction activities.
