General Summary:
Our IT Onsite Support Analyst I will actively be working at multiple clinical locations in Michigan with the main location in Lansing Michigan. As an IT support analyst I your focus will be on providing support at the user desk or within the locations in need of assistance. The IT Onsite Support Analyst I will also help remotely at other sites. Provide exceptional customer service. Respond to tickets indicating a user support request and identify and resolve issues. Work with other resources and vendors to deliver effective support services. Provide ongoing technicalsupport and follow-up with staff.

*This is a full-time IT role working Monday to Friday at our CHC Lansing clinics. It will also support Eaton Rapids as needed. The schedule to work is Monday to Friday (day shift). No holiday or weekends.*
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
· Perform PC, peripherals, printer installations, upgrades and relocations onsite
· Consult with users, to determine hardware, software and system specifications
· Develop, prototype, test, troubleshoot, and document new systems and hardware for end users
· OS and application installations
· Setup and configure desktops and laptops for deployment
· Identifying, troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting user system issues
· Assist with inventory control of equipment and software
· Provides immediate assistance when possible and appropriate
· Responding to end user support request tickets, calls, and emails:
o Updating service work notes

· Manage user accounts in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, MFA system, and requests for hospital EMR access.

Qualifications:
· Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience - willing to consider 1-2 years of work experience in an IT Systems Support, desktop support, help desk or similar role.

· Strong work ethic and the initiative and ability to work independently and in team environments.
· Attention to detail and good listening skills. Can follow complex instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the job functions in accordance with established standards, concepts, practices, and procedures of CHC.

The Upfitter SupportTechnician serves as the on-site representative for Harbinger at upfitter facilities, responsible for managing chassis inventory, conducting pre-upfit inspections, coordinating vehicle flow, and serving as the primary technical liaison between the OEM and upfitter operations. This position ensures proper handling, storage, and condition of chassis vehicles prior to and during the upfitting process.
What You'll Do:
* Maintain accurate real-time inventory records of chassis on-site, including location tracking and status updates

* Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records

We are currently seeking Infrastructure SupportTechnicians to be engaged on site at a major pharmaceutical institution in Kalamazoo, MI. This is a long-term project:
Infrastructure SupportTechnician - Perform physical installation/replacement, rack and stack, update documentation of network equipment per the Customer installation and qualification guidelines. In Data Centers and server rooms, lay and maintain cabling for networking and storage and removal of cables when no longer needed. Document all cabling modifications (additions, moves, deletions).
Scope:
On-Site Data Center Support is required from 8am - 5pm or 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday. Each Infrastructure Support tech will be assigned a 9 hour shift (1 Hr. for lunch) to help support these hours of operation
After Hours Support - These resources will be required to support a rotating schedule to manage “After Hours” Hands and Eyes Support Requirements for these site. The Tech will occasionally be required to return to the site sometime in the evening or on the weekend.
Tape Loads on the weekends - These Techs will also maintain a rotating schedule to support “Tape Load” requirements in the Data Centers on the weekends.
Assist the client in the asset management process. Using the client's Asset Management database, the tech will have to enter updates for any new hardware installed and remove entries for all hardware they replace.
Rack and Stack Servers - With the guidance of the client, the techs will have to install new servers (HP, Dell or IBM systems) into the existing racks
Provide “Hands & Eyes” Support to the other internal Technical Teams. With the leadership of other teams, the techs will take direction from another Technical resource and follow their guidance to help support data center tasks; i.e. check the status of a server, check the error lights on one of the network switches, patch a particular port on a router or panel etc.
Hands and Eyes Support will also be required in support of many other data center requests
Help manage the tape loads, backup and offsite storage requirements
Data Center Power-Down / Up assistance - Occasionally, the client may be required to power down the data center (testing, cooling, electrical work or other facility related requirements). Our staff will be required to help support the requirements to power-down and/or power-up the data center (most of the time, this work will occur over a weekend).
Documentation / Labeling / Mapping - The tech will be required to help support and maintain the data center documentation
Site Escort - The Tech will also be required to meet and escort visitors or other vendors to the data center
