The IT Intern will support the local IT Department with various IT tasks and special projects. This temporary assignment provides hands-on experience across all aspects of IT support. Responsibilities include assisting with computer setup, IT onboarding, projects, reporting, and general IT support. What you'll be doing: * Observing all areas of IT Help Desk * Be introduced to the various software systems used within the department * Becoming familiar with and supporting Rolls-Royce and mtu on-site energy IT processes * Assisting with IT help desk tickets as well as answering employee inquiries regarding computer IT issues Who we're looking for: * Knowledge of basic IT principles * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Good command of the English language, oral and written * Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and to prioritize accordingly * Must possess the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism * Must be able to maintain a very high level of confidentiality Our behaviors drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
