Josh Targoff joined Third Point LLC in 2008. Prior to joining Third Point, Josh was the General Counsel of the Investment Banking Division of Jefferies & Co. Josh Targoff spent seven years doing M & A transactional work at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. He graduated with a J.D. from Yale Law School and holds a B.A. from Brown University.

Jana Tsilman is a Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Third Point and is based in New York City, New York.
