About the Role
The Unit Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the Triage program at the MARC Healing Center. This role supports both program staff and clients by managing communication, documentation, scheduling, and other clerical functions while maintaining a calm, professional, and recovery-focused environment.
The Unit Clerk serves as a vital link between staff, clients, and community partners - supporting the program's daily functions, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to a welcoming and organized clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry for client registration, service records, and file management.
Verify insurance eligibility and complete prior authorizations or admission notifications as required.
Ensure all clerical and administrative functions are performed in compliance with Compass Health policies, procedures, and protocols.
Manage purchasing and supply orders for the program.
Track and implement updates to office policies and procedures.
Collect and organize data for program and compliance reporting.
Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Serve as receptionist as needed - greeting clients and visitors, answering phones, and assisting with inquiries.
Support crisis response at the front desk by calmly addressing urgent or symptomatic situations until clinical staff are available.
Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and displays as assigned.
Maintain client files and ensure compliance with WAC, licensing, and contract requirements.
Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality.

What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA or BA degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year related work experience.
Experience in a medical, mental health, or social services environment preferred.
Valid Washington State Driver's License, vehicle, and appropriate insurance (if applicable).

The noise level in the environment is typically moderate to loud.

About the Position
Unit Coordinators provide direct leadership, guidance, and support to Unit Counselors, serving as a liaison between unit counseling staff and the camp leadership team. This role supports counselors in camper behavior management, group supervision, and effective program planning and delivery.
Compensation for this position is $120 - $130 per day, with the starting rate dependent on previous employment at GSWW camps.
Camp Season 2026 will run from June 7th through August 18th, with start and end dates determined by position. Overnight camp staff will divide their summer between Camp Robbinswold (located in Lilliwaup, WA) and Camp St. Albans (located in Allyn, WA). They will begin at St. Albans for the first week of training, then transition to Robbinswold for the second week. Staff will work three one-week camper sessions at Robbinswold, take a short break, and then complete three sessions at St. Albans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide guidance and coaching to Unit Counselors in camper and group management, promoting both the physical and emotional safety of campers
Conduct weekly observations and evaluations of Unit Counselors, including scheduled one-on-one meetings to provide constructive feedback
Ensure the timely completion of weekly paperwork by Unit Counselors and support department directors in communicating program specific needs
Coordinate session-specific programs by organizing supplies, setting up activities, providing instruction, and supporting Unit Counselors with implementation as needed

Responsibilities and Duties
· Patient care at check in and check out.

· Routing and processing all medical paperwork through the paperwork flow.
· Data and insurance entries.
· Managing the pharmacy department through stocking, facing, inventorying and ordering.
· Facilitating emails through Outlook and Tebra
· Customer service and accommodation.
· Opening and closing duties
· Recycling
· Orderly lab and laundry
· General over all order and cleanliness of clinic
Qualifications
· One-year medical office front staff experience, other front-end office experience considered.
· Familiarity with Outlook, Word, cloud-based scheduling, electronic health records, HIPPA, online ordering.
· Optimistic, positive, cooperative team player.
· Confident phone skills and people inter relations.
· Detail oriented and able to work independently.
· Multi-tasking and task management skills.
Hours and pay:
$17-$20 DOE
Position includes closing and eventually Saturdays.
This position is 20-24 hours per week.

About the Role
The Unit Clerk provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within the Triage program at the MARC Healing Center. This role supports both program staff and clients by managing communication, documentation, scheduling, and other clerical functions while maintaining a calm, professional, and recovery-focused environment.
The Unit Clerk serves as a vital link between staff, clients, and community partners - supporting the program's daily functions, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to a welcoming and organized clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry for client registration, service records, and file management.
Verify insurance eligibility and complete prior authorizations or admission notifications as required.
Ensure all clerical and administrative functions are performed in compliance with Compass Health policies, procedures, and protocols.
Manage purchasing and supply orders for the program.
Track and implement updates to office policies and procedures.
Collect and organize data for program and compliance reporting.
Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Serve as receptionist as needed - greeting clients and visitors, answering phones, and assisting with inquiries.
Support crisis response at the front desk by calmly addressing urgent or symptomatic situations until clinical staff are available.
Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and displays as assigned.
Maintain client files and ensure compliance with WAC, licensing, and contract requirements.
Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality.

What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent required; AA or BA degree preferred.
Minimum of 1 year related work experience.

Proficiency in data entry and management of client information systems.
Strong clerical, administrative, and organizational skills.
