Key Responsibilities
Initiative and Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic cross-border initiatives and high-impact projects, ensuring each is closely aligned with overarching business priorities.
Executive and Cross-Border Communications: Shape and deliver executive-level communications and updates-including C-level, cross-functional, client, and external reporting-translating complex program outcomes into clear, actionable insights that elevate Visa's global profile and drive continued growth.
XB Drivers, Data Metrics and Performance Measurement: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing cross-border performance. Coordinate and help prioritize cross-border requests to the Global Cross-Border Data Science team
Business Performance Operations: Collaborate with the Cross-Border Commercialization and Corridor team to advance business goals, manage internal reporting and business cases, and own processes for AOP, QBRs, XBLT agenda items, regional updates, and team culture. Support research to inform insights and improve offerings.
This is a hybrid position. Expectations of 3 days in office Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays at a minimum.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Experience in payments, eCommerce, travel, or related fields with demonstrated success in strategy, product development, or business development roles.
Strong oral and written communication skills, able to craft compelling communications in short time frames.
Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners.
Ability to structure and manage complex cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor as well as attention to detail.
Knowledge of cross-border payments, eCommerce, or vertical-specific trends is a plus.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159,100.00 to 230,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
