Role and Team Reporting to the Lot Manager or other designated manager, assist with the outside functions to support lot movements and general operations to support auction activities before, during, and after sale day. Responsibilities Assist in assuring vehicle inventory is in the proper designated areas of the lot or shops. This includes Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Progress Reviews, Outcome Assessments and discharge forms. As well as, the Completion of Critical Incident reports (CIR), Permanency tools and all other documents pertaining to youth are required as needed in each case. Provide casework services to assigned clients consistent with treatment plan goals. Provide outreach and in-home services to children and families weekly. Provide and/or refer clients to therapeutic services, after school care, evaluations and any other services that would be in the youths best interest. Ensure that planned services, as stated in the service and permanency plan, are provided. Provide Transportation for children and youth to fulfill treatment plan objectives. Attend all DCF Foster Care reviews for all assigned youth on case load. Attend and actively engage in all monthly staff meetings Other duties as assigned. Preparation, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Verbal and written fluency in Spanish preferred (Bilingual preferred) Bachelors degree in related field or masters in social work. Appropriate clinical licensure eligibility required (LSWA , LSW, LCSW,LICSW) At least one-year post bachelors degree providing direct clinical services to children and family. Preferably in a child welfare capacity. Valid state drivers license, reliable vehicle, proof of auto insurance, satisfactory driving history. Excellent verbal, written and computer skills in conjunction with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in family preservation, reunification, foster care, adoption, and life skills for youth. Knowledge and ability to plan services to meet childrens needs for safety, permanency, and well-being.
