Provide elevated, personalized service to guests in premium Loge seating
Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely, polished delivery
Maintain expert knowledge of menus, including ingredients and special offerings, to assist guests with selections and dietary needs
Set up and maintain premium areas before, during, and after events, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer refills, additional items, or assistance to enhance the overall experience
Uphold high standards of presentation, etiquette, and professionalism throughout service
Collaborate with culinary and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of all orders
Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally, escalating as needed
