Report To: Manager on duty
Provide quality food and beverage service to club members and guests
Responsibilities to include:
· Arrive on time and in proper uniform
· Set up server stations
· Ensure dining room and patio is properly set
· Ensure the dining room and patio is clean and member ready
· Greets guest when arriving
· Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating
· Addresses member by last name during service
· Distributes menus
· Suggest menu items
· Knows daily soup, lunch, and dinner specials
· Takes cocktail and beverage orders for members and guests
· Orders drinks from the bartender and communicates clearly with the bartender
· Serves cocktails and beverages from the right
· Takes food orders for members and guests
· Turn in clearly written food orders into the kitchen
· Communicates with kitchen about any special cooking instructions
· Assembles food on tray
· Runs food from kitchen to table
· Serves food from the left to members and guests
· Ensure member and guests are satisfied
· Replenishes drinks, munchies, rolls, cheese toast, melba toast and butter as needed
· Clears soiled dishes from the right and deliver the dishes to the bussing area
· Suggest and serves dessert, coffee and after dinner drinks
· Ensures all items are rang in correctly on all checks
· Presents bill to correct the member with the correct member number
· Keeps tables, dining room, and bus station clean and organized
· Answer telephone properly and take food and beverage orders, as well as messages for members, staff, and management
· Assist team members with tasks when needed
· Advise management of any problems or complaints as soon as they occur
· Communicates clearly with staff, members, and management
· Attends pre shift at 11am and 5pm Tuesday-Friday and Saturdays at 5pm
· Performs clean-up and closing duties
· Cleans, rolls, and properly puts away silverware after each evening
· Restocks sugar caddies, salt and pepper, cracker baskets, server stations and member stations
· Vacuums dining room when needed
· Provides superb customer service to every member and guest
Experience and Qualifications:
Position requires lifting of up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to stoop and bend on a regular basis.
Prior Food and Beverage experience.
Current TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification
Uniform Standards:
Professional Business Attire: White button up long sleeve shirt, black slacks, black polishable shoes, black socks, Ridglea Country Club vest, tie, and apron. Hair to be kept back and only stud earnings are acceptable.

Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Keep front desk and shared areas clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
Lead tours and explain workspace amenities, services, and policies.
Maintain coffee station cleanliness and stock levels throughout the day.
Uphold company policies and procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Assist members with booking conference rooms, printing, Wi-Fi access, and basic tech needs.
Collect and relay feedback to help improve the member experience.
Notify members of mail/package deliveries and assist with food or courier drop-offs.
Anticipate member needs and provide proactive, thoughtful service.
Monitor shared areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Restock essential items such as printer supplies, key cards, snacks, and coffee bar supplies.
Promptly report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk, or coworking environments preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using basic office tech, including printers, scheduling apps, and tablets.
Friendly, proactive, and professional demeanor.
Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Positions self to install equipment, including under desks.
Moves throughout the building to access files.
Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.
Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions.
Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed.
