Direct and monitor forklift and material handling activities, including replenishment and pallet movement. Ensure all forklift operations are performed safely, by certified operators, and in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards. Analyze workflows and labor utilization during 3rd shift and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with inventory control to support outbound order requirements. Prepare bills of lading; verify items against work orders to ensure quantities, destinations, and routing accuracy. Collaborate with 1st shift and senior leadership to resolve issues and ensure seamless 24-hour warehouse operations. Serve as the primary leadership presence for all operations during 3rd shift (team leads, outbound, inventory control, forklift operators and safety). QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory or lead role, preferred. Hands-on experience overseeing forklift and material handling operations; forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required. Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; shipping software experience a plus.
