Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field preferred.

The Senior Manager, Logistics & Global Control Tower is a strategic leader responsible for orchestrating end-to-end logistics operations and overseeing Regional Control Towers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. **Control Tower Leadership & End-to-End Visibility**

+ 8-12+ years of progressive logistics/supply chain experience, with at least 4-5 years in a **control tower, supply chain visibility, or real-time transportation management** leadership role.
+ Proven hands-on experience with leading **control tower platforms** (FourKites, Project44, Tive, Overhaul, SAP Control Tower, Blue Yonder Control Tower, etc.).
+ Deep expertise in end-to-end logistics processes across multiple modes (ocean, air, parcel, LTL/FTL, intermodal, last mile, fulfillment operations, trade operations).

Support the Food Safety Committee as a member. Conduct monthly self-inspections according to the MSC Sanitation Self Inspection Program.
Support the HACCP program. Assure screens, magnet and metal detectors are being monitored according to the HACCP plan and corrective action procedures are carried out.
Support the sanitation and cleaning program in and around the sugar warehouse.
Assure employees are following good housekeeping practices.
Assure the pest control program follows Michigan Sugar and AIB standards in the around in and around the sugar warehouse.

Conduct and document mock recalls every six months. Correct any deficiencies.
Assure COA's are provided with shipments when required.
Assure shipping vehicles picking up sugar are inspected and documented.

Carry-out segregation procedures for non-conforming products.
Assure storage practices follow AIB standards. An 18” perimeter of space must be provided between stored products and walls.
Direct stock rotation to avoid excessive age of product and materials.
Provide for the segregation of feed grade and non-food grade lubricants and segregated storage of cleaning chemicals.
Administer glass and brittle plastic program in and around the sugar warehouse. Arrange for periodic documented audits of all essential glass and brittle plastic.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
